When can I order my service?
As soon as you want to start saving, you make the decision.

Any person that wants to save up to 80% for jail or prison collect calls.
Do I require any additional or special equipment?
No you don't need additional or especial equipment. You only require having phone service.
Do I need credit to register?
No, we don't check credit.
Does your phone system violate prison rules?
No it does not. We will provide you with a phone number that is outside of the prison.
If the inmate gets out of prison, can we cancel the service?
Yes, you may cancel your service free at any time just call customer service.
What if the inmate is relocated to other facilities?
If the inmate is relocated please call us immediately so we can determine if you need a new inmate telephone number so you can continue saving.
Can the inmate call any one else with my number?
No. When the inmate calls our special inmate phone number, the call will connect only to your assign telephone number.
How can I check my account or add money to my account?
To check your account you can log in thru our web site at any time using your user name and password or you can use our automated telephone system at any time just dial 1-888-295-0259.
How can I check my line? You can just dial the telephone number we asign you and the call shoul go thru. Remeber that you need to have credit on your account for the calls to go thru.
